We have particular experience in successfully delivering large scale projects such as Pan European network reorganisation and the design, build and fitout of automated distribution centres as well as smaller but no less important locally based change projects. We manage projects using standard project methodologies but also bring our personal experience of working with people to facilitate change, which is ultimately always the key requirement for success.
Programme and Project Management
The nature of the LiG offering is to deliver large budget logistics transformation, be that DC automation, network reconfiguration across various geographies and/or outsourcing. These projects are inevitabley lengthy and complex in nature.
The core method of delivery is always based on programme and project management principles based, generally Prince 2 methodology but may also involve Agile techniques. LiG has a methodology that it applies to all projects. We have a suite of reports that are the base of what we do that can be adapted to suit client’s requirements. We can also use client reporting templates if required, or create a hybrid suite.
